Sidewalk Astronomer

 Enjoy an evening under the stars or some fun with the sun with ScienceSouth’s Sidewalk Astronomer. The Sidewalk Astronomer travels to locations across the Pee Dee area enabling the public to view the sun and stars with as they’ve never seen them before.

All Sidewalk Astronomer events are free and open to the public.

ScienceSouth will host their next event at the ScienceSouth Pavilion on Friday, September 14 and Saturday, September 15.  We plan to view surface features of the moon and planets!  Join us nightly from 7:00-10:00 PM.  Please fill out the registration form below to let us know you’re attending!

*Note: In case of inclement weather, planetarium shows will be taking place.
