Community Events

Each year ScienceSouth has many requests to appear at community festivals. There are three ways you can have Science on Wheels appear at your community event.

       1. Contract directly with ScienceSouth and choose from a variety of lively and engaging programs. Please see below for pricing details.

       2. Identify a sponsor in your community who will offset the cost of the ScienceSouth appearance.

       3. Apply for a free event. ScienceSouth will provide three “free of charge” community events per year to charity and not for profit groups. Each June and December, the ScienceSouth Board will review letters of request and select the events. These events will be selected based on a maximum two-page letter of request describing your organization, outlining your event including date and location of your event and providing details on your expected audience.
