ScienceSouth's Five-year Plan

• Continuously improve the quality and expand the scope of our Phase One education programs, including Science on Wheels. Implement evidence-based approaches and trial new programs and approaches.

• Plan and construct a Phase Two, temporary, flexible use space on the Jeffries Creek site. Introduce family and community programs and test the operating and business plan.

• Implement Phase Three Plan, fund and construct the permanent ScienceSouth Center with a goal of a 2012 opening date. Visit www.sciencesouth.org in the coming months to monitor the construction of the ScienceSouth Prototype facility.

ScienceSouth will create a permanent center to house our educational enterprise. The enterprise will sustain itself through partnerships and by developing a range of educational experiences that appeal to and enable people of all ages to learn in creative and inspiring ways. The organization will increase the scope of its current operation using a three-phased approach to development.
